This trend, which arrived in France a few years ago, is now part of the social scene. More and more Parisian bars are organising evenings for people who come out of work and want to start partying early.
Once you have paid your entrance fee, it is generally an open bar and buffet between 7pm and 1am. Lots of bars have now adopted the concept, even the most trendiest ones.
