<p style="text-align: justify;">CITIA Exposition, in Annecy, is the first exhibition area dedicated to the history, art and techniques of the moving image. Until December 31, German creativity will be the guest of honour of Annecy&#8217;s International Festival of Animated Film.<span id="more-427"></span> Throughout original documents of the Castle-Museum&#8217;s collection (<em>Musée-Château</em>) and thanks to the pieces that filmmakers and studios will lend for the occasion, Citia Exposition puts the focus Germany&#8217;s abundant and talented production, which has been divided for a long time between East and West, and thus presents a renowned country in the animated film sector.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The « Avec Vue Sur Lac » exhibition not only shows the aesthetic point of view we have on lakes but it also traces the &#8220;invention&#8221; of the lake landscape and the progressive development of tourist and commercial images. The art pieces have been brought together and compared to common practice in contemporary lake marketing.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Through a selection of villas and buildings with a focus on four alpine lakes, i.e. the lakes of Annecy, Côme, Bourget and Lake Geneva, you will discover a history of points of view and views of the lake from architecture. You will discover the purpose of window in the implementation of the traditional perspective device of architecture and how it became mainly used in the banks of Lake Geneva with the <em>horizontal</em> or <em>ribbon</em> window used by Le Corbusier in Corseaux in 1923.</p>
